I feel rch is doing a good job holding the whole thing together. He's an amazing owner to work with and I wish we had more people in the organization to really spread out some of the work-load for him, goodness knows I've been useless in my coaching attempts and been unable to set down for more than a few minutes at a time so I kind of suck at putting together gameplans anyhow.
It's been an amazing experience working with him, and the team is only at the place it is now because of all the work he's put into it.
Well, that and Phase ending up not sucking, but that's a very minimal part of why the team succeeds.
