If the owner goes full inactive, and hasn't logged in for like - a week? I think you can release yourself. Up til then, yeah the ticket is your best bet - though it may take just as long as being able to release yourself.

If the owner goes full inactive, and hasn't logged in for like - a week? I think you can release yourself. Up til then, yeah the ticket is your best bet - though it may take just as long as being able to release yourself.
