I have a kicker who has a Tier III celebration ability. I've never seen it once triggered. It's Active, so it should show on the display when triggered, right? 75% pop rate, so I should have seen it at least once, I think. It's works based upon Heart, and he has 52 heart. What are the overall chances that it pops on average?

I think that skill has been broken for 6 or so months

That's a shame. I'd had used it for something completely different had I known. Any chances to fix it at all?
