Do coaches in real life coach for more than 1 team? smh no, for obvious reasons, why so here? in my league championship we have 1 guy who owns the team on one end and on the other opposing team he is the GM, while I don't have a problem with this person at all I hate this its not fair. I've seen this from so many different coaches for as long as I have played this game, its wrong to have to play the same coaches over and over but on different teams. it unbalances the game, please make it were you can only own one team and coach for only 1 team in a certain rank or league as well as the entire same ranked teams, as it effects league and ladder games. Far to many on here have boosted their stats by simply coaching for as many teams as they can whether they are actually doing any coaching or not as well, half the big time coaches on here have over bloated stats because of this.

I mean, if we did that then most teams wouldn't have anyone willing and capable of coaching them. At the end of the day, it's really only unfair to the teams involved, and if you can't trust a coach to be above the conflict of interest, then that falls on the owner for having them as a GM to begin with.

Being an advisor trying to help new players have terribly hurt my stats. There are legit issues though. An example would be We had a first round game this season against a guy we would also have to play again in the championship a couple days later. I couldn’t go all in on a gameplan. I had to hold stuff back and hope for the best.

I’m with Osiris I have helped so many newcomers that my win loss ratio has been flexed off because I would be teaching them but not doing the gameplan for them. So ya I’m on the staff. The new players have to learn somehow. What better than our vets to show

I was that gm and owner in that final. I gave away my own shiny Gliwice Lions for new players.I wanted for them to try and learn and develop love for the game. And those crackers won that final vs my new team...

That would be my fault. I signed on to help the new players. With very little coaching, Bluelightning and creflobills stepped up BIG.

Thus the confusion this season in rookie. Ghanima was not running his own personal team this season. He did not make one single call for the team he owned. As Agerm stated, it was Bluelightning and creflobills. What Agerm and ghanima did is what people above also stated, allowing new players to learn how to coach.

As I mentioned Ghanima wasn't running that team this season. So you assumed wrong this time Never hold back Osiris!

I thought about throwing our last game against the Lions in the regular season so I could avoid that situation.

Am I the only one that thinks playoff seeding should be record based? Seems every season we win the league and face the second best team in the first round where the second place team gets a bye.

Yep - that should change - It should be rank based.

there is a lot of times you end up having the 1st and 2nd best teams in the same division i have noticed. Happens a lot so it ends up being the wildcard team versus the 1 seed which is usually their conference

I'm not against helping new players and certainly i know you guys are dedicated and probably deserve a medal. i was thinking if I had joined now instead of way back, it wouldn't have taken so long for me to progress.. I've made a blood and sand player build guide to help new players and give them a boost up on building and maybe coaching as well later on and secret builds be dammed.
