double doink.

day 280 is the last day you earn TPs, but that's not how he asked his question also, if you have 75+ XP, you can trade those in on day 281 for an additional 2 TP. for players built in the off/pre season, day 0 is the last day you get them. day 1 is when you age from 280 to 281

actually to be technical, day 0 would be the last time you receive as the new season starts on Day 1.

To be EXTRA technical, the last time you receive training points is when Day -1 rolls over to Day 0, as your dot remains 280 days old for that daily rollover.

Correct. When Day 0 rolls over to Day 1, your age advances from 280 days to 281 days, and you don't get any new Training Points during that rollover. But you do unlock your Plateau ability to trade in XP for Training Points.

Quoting from the Plateau Guide I post on my own team forums...

XP TRADE-IN
Starting on Day 1, you'll have the option to trade in your leftover XP for various goodies:

1 Skill Point: 250 XPs - Terrible value. Yuck.
6 Bonus Tokens: 150 XPs - Even worse value. No.
2 Training Points: 65 XPs - Best value... because training will get you a training gain AND up to 6 BTs if you use it to Light-Train.

Whatever XP you have right now, that's how much XP you'll be able to trade in on Day 1, since you're not gaining XP anymore. For most of us, that will be 100 XP. Use that XP to buy 2 Training Points for 65 XP. That will leave you with 35 XP, and whenever your XPs drop below 50, all remaining XP are automatically traded in for 2 Bonus Tokens.

So, if you have 100 XP, you'll end up getting 2 Bonus Tokens and 2 Training Points, and using those Training Points will get you more BTs depending on the type of training you do. If you're trying to get enough Bonus Tokens together for your final AEQ upgrades, plan accordingly.

Ah. I don't know about most but I like to give myself at least a 5 day cushion just in case I made any mistakes in my calculations. I use to try and time it right to the day (how many BT's needed with how many days of light training needed to reach that #)... then a couple of times I found myself making a mistake somewhere in my calculations and ending up short of BT's needed to top off all AEQ. (Why 5 days? 5 days x 6 BT's per light train = 30 BT's which is what you need to upgrade one level.)
