What is more important on a Guard- Quickness or Sprinting? Any insights on what are effective skill point numbers?

As someone who just started playing again this season, take my opinion with a grain of salt. But if you use your guard on outside pulls for run plays, he'll need enough sprint firstly to stay ahead of the running back to pick up a defender. I would assume the numbers to shoot for would depend on the speed and quickness of the RB. Don't want to get the blocker out too far ahead, less he might pick up the wrong blocking assignment, and if he doesn't get out in time, the defender will beat around the guard for the tackle.

The answer is both. Sprinting is good for when the Guard pulls and if he is going up to the second level and trying to block a LB before they get outside. Quickness is still usefull for the guard as it helps them get to full speed faster and when they are pulling if the guard has to change direction to make a block the quickness will allow them to get in better position sooner.

I've had success with both being at 30-40; lower if your team runs inside, higher if they run outside.
