So I can't run a play action pass anymore without this penalty? Literally costing me the chance of winning two straight games now...

I thought they were run plays that got jammed, because it doesn't say sack, it says "broke up the play early"

Nope, they were all play action passes, which all of them could have changed game outcomes.
