You should hand it to someone with very little experience, so they can learn the ropes, rather than to an experienced vet.

I’d be interested in building a few skill position players and try my hand at offensive coordinator? Might take me a couple days to create a playbook as I’m still finishing filling out my first purchased teams roster. I just returned after several years. Never coached before
