What was it Harry Potter kept saying about Level 73 Palm Bay's loss to Level 79 Felicus in the Tourney last season? Something about, "You can't EVER undo losing 76-19!" or words to that effect?

https://glb.warriorgeneral.com/game/game.pl?game_id=2988662

You can't EVER undo losing to SCM 83-0, Harry.

Sucks to be Felicus, I guess. Enjoy your 8-8 finish and first-round flame-out in the playoffs! Again!

Two things...
1. I need to get into the forums more often. I been missing out!
2. Some of y'all actually game plan during the season?

The way my brains works with this game, I pretty much HAVE to game plan during the season. If I don't, either from laziness or necessity, I am simply completely unable to "switch it back on again" for the playoffs.

Now, that doesn't mean I spend hours and hours and hours gameplanning for regular season games, and I certainly push harder once we reach the playoffs. But hell yeah, I gameplan during the regular season. A lot of teams don't, but some do... including some whose owners claim they don't, which is a fun little psychological tactic to employ.

Another win over a CPU tomato can for Felicus. They're 3-1, and I'll bet they're popping champagne as if that 3-1 means something.

Of.course, 2 of those wins were over CPU teams, and they also have their horrific 86-point Tourney loss to SCM. so in games that matter, they're 1-2. But this is a team that celebrates Reg Pro #3 silver trophies, so I'm sure they think everything's swell in La Casa Del Gato.

Meanwhile, Palm Bay is 4-2 against meaningful opponents. Top of the heap? Nope. But I'm not deluding myself about how good we are the way Darncat does.

It could be that..or it could be the co-owner is the one who handles the game planning.
And the owner can't even remember the last time he looked at the tactics page.

Oh look, Felicus lost. Shocking!

In games that matter, Felicus is now 1-3.

Also, I somehow missed this, but did you guys realize Felicus lost to SCM by 86 points in the Tourney? I mean, I know Darncat's little minion Harry Potter is big on making sure that huge losses are never forgotten about, so I'm sure Harry would be all for the spirit of consistency in making sure Felicus's big losses are mentioned just as much as their big wins... even more so when the big win comes from having a 6-level edge while the big loss comes against an evenly-leveled opponent.

Oh, I guess Darncat has recovered quite quickly from being "shot" by "Neo-Nazis" and left in a "coma," as reported by 420sega. He never even went yellow-tag inactive! Darncat and I have our differences, but I'm glad to see he has bounced back so well from this horrific crime and has foiled ProKop's evil Canadian-Fascist plot.
