I'm building my one and only kicker ever as we speak--what level of agility do you consider to be "low"?

Not sure I could give you the answer either but I tried one (retired since) with only 50 agility.

I wasn't pretending I could answer the question--I was seeking to clarify your question so I could ponder it and any answers you may receive.

anyway you still have access to their build? even if you didnt save the retired player, if you remember their team and season, you can still kind them.

these arent going to be public questions otherwise I would have asked them outright. I have a theory that is pretty farfetched so I want to see some kickers to see if the theory gets blown out of the water right away. and no i'm not going to discuss in openly.....lol

Probably not what you seek.

Someone showed me a trick I wasn't aware of to look at past players even if you didn't save them when retired but I can't remember it (yet). I'll keep trying. Also, not 100% sure of the 50 agility number because I was pulling it from memory but it seems I forgot to pot points into agility until the very end. Everything went into Strength, Confidence, Kicking, and Vision if I remember right.

Go to your retired players tab, turn Edit Mode to On, choose - show all players.
Not sure if that's what you were talking about or not..

Agility is 40 ish....would have gone for 55 if Strength based kicker

I build kickers like Theo and look at 40 for agility + jumping... My aim was to really push VIS to around 100 with the VA and get Kick to 170 with all EQ

Performance ?....Meh ...okay but wouldnt be on my best pals drinking list !!!

i think agility might be more important then before. there used to be a relatively big delay after kickoffs before the kicker could start moving again. a solid speed and high strength kicker using power tackling might force a few fumbles with the agility to get up to speed fast and make cuts. or not, idk what the high level meta is these days.

Thanks Bear. I had done everything BUT select the 'show all players' tab.

Sorry Gup. Seems it was an unfinished build. However, current kicker should end up right about where ZZ's got his numbers. Not sure about Jumping though. Would really like to hit 100 natty on Str, Con, and Kicking (higher with kicking, of course)... with Vision as high as possible. I'm not as sold on vision being one of the big three but you surely need it high enough. 90-ish?

I guess, if it matters, my thoughts about kickers is far different than punters. Punters NEED vision to nail those coffin corner kicks. Kickers just need to kick it straight. Anything that effects that is, to me, the most important skills. In order of importance, #1, kicking, #2, kicking, #3, kicking, #4, confidence, #5 strength, #6 vision, #7 Agility... maybe #8 jumping but I just don't think you get enough extra 'ummmph' to the distance from extra jumping. And distance only matters most for kickoffs. You once pointed out to me that you actually prefer your kicker NOT to kick it too deep, allowing shots at the returner for fumbles. And, I would say most FG's beyond 58 yards are sketchy at best in their hit & miss possibilities. 60+ FG's are great... missing them? Not so much. I don't mind a good % try at 60 and under... but, unless it's the very last ditch effort at the very last second of a game where no other possibility exists to win except to try a super long FG... then yeah. Truth be told, if that's how you're winning games then your kicker isn't your issue... IMO. Give me a kicker that hits 99.9% from 58 and in and I'd be ecstatic with that kicker.
