plays on every type of STs and gets quite a few tackles. fairly good average for peewee punting too, being skewed by a 8 punt game early in the season

Guppy can tell you I've been trying to find someone to use a punter on ST's besides punting if it's built right. I've built 2 so far and am working on another one.

no clue if it would work outside of low levels. probably run into issues with SAs and VAs. still its a very interesting way to stretch stamina in peewee.

I wish I'd saved my last build but it ended up something like this (rough estimates);

Punting 102 (+EQ)
Strength 95
Speed 80
Agility 80
Confidence 55
Vision 50
Tackling 60

Always thought it would do ok on Kickoffs if slotted correctly. Even if it never did anything more that occupy a blocker to allow other dots to make the tackle.

hmm. looking at it and there would be space to give the punter the special teamer VA without really hurting there punting. down in peewee having that punter on all the STs units makes a big difference since stamina is at a premium.

That makes a lot of sense really and is a smart move. Not every dot on ST's needs to be a monster tackling/force fumble/super ST style dot. Sometimes you just need a dot to occupy a blocker (or, if it is a blocker then just get in someone's way besides the returner) long enough to break off a good return.

The way i envisioned this dot is anything over 35 yard avg was acceptable so long as it hangs long enough there would never be a return on him.

that's fine below WL, but in WL i want to net at least 40 and really strive for closer to 45-50. if you are forced to punt inside your 20, thats almost assuredly giving up a FG next possession at a minimum. 35 also takes out any chance to create a FF.
