This game hasnt died yet but if we get more support we can most likely build it up again. Id like to see it where we have to look for our posts like we did in the old days. Support and Staff is the first step to rebuilding

They don't want to rebuild. They provide a bare minimum of support to GLB to keep it running just well enough so that the trickle of Flex purchases stays high enough to pay for the servers and skeleton staff. The rest of their efforts are on their other game projects, which they believe are the future of their company.

They're not entirely wrong. Most browser-based games died off years ago, and GLB1 is a bit of an anomaly in that it's still running, still active, and still breaks even. But if they were to pour resources into GLB1 again at this point, all they would do is likely hasten the end of GLB1.

I'm okay with things as-is. Game is still fun.
