That's a ROLB with so little Blitz Awareness that he pushes the ballcarrier out of his way in his determination to get to the QB.

If only, he stops and looks at the ball carrier for a full second from inches away, both of them like deer in the headlights staring at each other until the FB catches up and the HB snaps out of it and runs for his life.
