Answer to OP is not really. What you CAN do is purchase a team and not stock with human owned players, just CPU dots. This would give you access to all the Offense, Defense, Depth Charts, Team Finances, Stadium Building.. everything but how to build a dot. For that you could use your free player to save on flex.
