Hi all, I'm getting into GLB2 for essentially the first time, and I'm noticing my players are severely under-performing. They're rookie players, and I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong or if this is just to be expected early on?

For clarification on performance, I mean my QB is completing less than 50% of his passes consistently, and my HB is averaging less than 3 ypc

Take it with a grain of salt. They're rookie league.

Yeah, rookie ball is all about disappointment, so you have to liberally apply the K.I.S.S. maxim.

It's also worth noting that every player on your team besides your two are CPU players.

Players are only as good as their team, and CPU players aren't that good. They're also on low contracts with poor chemistry.

Alright thank you all, I figured that was the case but I wasn't sure because iirc GLB was a bit better about performance (better passes, catching, running, etc) so I wasn't sure if I was doing something wrong
