You can still get offers but you need to contact support to do so. I think the reason it's this way is to keep the CPU teams from making offers to completely inactive dots/accounts... perhaps there's a limit as to how many offers a CPU team can have out at one time (perhaps even position specific) since it's non-human operated. Just guessing but if you need a contract for an old dot, contact support and they'll get you fixed up.

The thing I'd like to see happen is that any dot's on inactive accounts (say maybe a year inactive?) NOT be counted against the 'position cap' for dot creation.

Aren't CPU contracts only sent out on request - ie when looking for a team ?
What with this interest in old players ............. .Allow all players over 1000 to get CPU Contract from D league teams in age designated league ie Veterans Pro D League # 1...............
Or someone(s) could just designate their own team/teams day 1000 outfit s,

does anyone want to be on the same team with players that are obviously detrimental to the team?

Up to a point (have no idea what it is because I retire my dots once they start decline) you can ask for CPU offers and you'll get them still. But there's a point at which your dot will not receive any offers at all unless it is from a Human owned team.

There are a few teams out there (I think) that are human owned teams who act as retirement homes for declined dots.

These days, even players 480 and 520 days old have uses. But after that, decline starts to really hammer them.

Players over 1000 days risk their own physical and mental well being to a myriad of potential injuries and ailments.
Stat whoring is not worth the health risks.
Retire them!!!

But imagine it.............Glossy Eyes against wild trouts, Brenda Song going against ..........Ben "I'm Drunk!" Franklin,
QB Iggles. to Learning to Fly
Just a few old timers, tossing the pigskin about, reliving their youth, forgetting their aches and pains.

Pouring over dusty, faded playbooks , walk throughs under friday night lights, the smell of freshly cut grass rekindling memories of when they were giants among men.

Memories of men , sadly clinging on to what once was great, but left behind , by a world that has moved on

i agree with this 100%. the thing is tho, cpu teams are already detrimental to a dot

to take it a step further, any dot whose owner cares about their dot's performance on a CPU team... is probably detrimental to the team
