Conditioning Needs an adjustment IMO.

Todays game a running back had 80 carries... dude should be dead.

I wouldnt change anything for rookie if possible since its still a low level to start with but if you can change the affects of stamina after rookie it would be great.

Any time a running back gets 80 carries its just flat out craziness. I dont know the exact break down of the penalties of stamina affects the players but I would hope for something like this.

100% full skills
90 percent- reduction of skills by 10 percent
80 percent- reduction of skills by 20 percent
i.e.
10 percent and below remains 90 percent of skllls as lets face it your gassed.

Conditioning as a skill 100 percent needs to be tweaked. No running back gets more than 40 carries on a regular basis at any level. If he does he's pretty gassed. We have running backs in higher tiers who never drop under 80 percent despite being in every snap. depth should be a factor and at this point isnt needed at higher tiers. IMO 100 percent stamina should still drop you to about 60 stamina if you're playing 70 snaps in a game if not less than that.

End of Rant.

I'm not disagreeing but as an extra opinion it is damn hard to fit an extra HB on the roster under the existing salary cap. If you want to increase conditioning penalties then I think we need more cap room to fit in more players.

Same could be said for QBs that throw the ball 70+ times a game, their arm would be ruined before they reached pro tier. This definitely should be addressed....

Might have to sacrifice some superstars to add a HB.....

Comes down to how many teams have 9 pro bowlers on them. If you have a super star team in the nfl you gotta sacrifice. This isnt the nba

I kinda meant in game but yes, every pass play maybe have a bigger hit or just increase fatigue penalties, however I was geared more to the running back with 80 Carries today

If you change conditioning penalties it would be across the board not just the HB so you would need to add more players across the board.

If you incur more stamina penalties then you're making it an automatic max stat for every position. It's pretty common already for HBs to take it to 100. Do you think teams shouldn't be able to field a single HB?

Or not have teams with 11 S*s.

This is accurate, it's not a real thing with someone who has constant contact.

I think he is stating that teams shouldn't be able to field a single HB if that HB carries the rock 80 times a game. If the HB gets 30-40 carries a game that is a huge difference.
