*Can't activate with In Traffic.

*Can't activate with Third Down Converter.

Activation condition: Receiving a pass while the ball traveled at least 20 yards from the line of scrimmage.
Activation chance: 30% (don't want long pass abuse)
While active: Receiver +X catch in traffic, rec consistency, rec hands, rec grip.
*The player can't have Moving the chains (counterpart)

This player specializes in catching short passes.
Ability type: Active
Activation condition: Receiving a pass within less then 9 yards of the line of scrimmage.
Activation chance: 70% (buffing short passes)
While active: Receiver +X catch in traffic, rec hands, catching rolls (open, CIT and grip) guaranteed to be at least X% of the max.
*The player can't have Deep Threat (counterpart)
*Didn't care to restric to downfield passes, cause it won't really affect WR screens, the bonuses given by the ability won't actually impact these plays, but, this SA can buff normal short passing and receiving backs.
