Activation chance: up to 30% (wouldn't be healthy if the chance was too big, 10 from 30 passes is okay)
While active: Receiver +X receiving hands, catch rolls increased by "X%"

The QB uses all strenght in his arm to find an open receiver, making it harder for the defender to reach the receiver before the ball arrives.

Activation condition: Receiver open with at least X yards from the defender.
Activation chance: up to 40%
While active: Pass velocity increased by X% (just like that punter skill), receiver hands -X (just a little so its still worth, but the receiver cant be a scrub, or people could abuse speedy receivers).
After effects: -"X" energy

The QB refuses to get sacked, escaping from the incoming pass rusher.
Ability type: Active
Powered by: Drop back power, pocket awr, footwork
Activation condition: Getting sacked by a defender.
Activation chance: up to 20% (needs to be low but effective when it happens).
While active: The QB breaks free from the tackler.
After effects: The defender loses X morale, if the pass is complete the whole defense loses X(b) morale.
