- Man coverage defenders giving a 10 yd cushion to WRs on cutback routes

- Add coverage type toggle settings similar to pursuit type toggle settings (tight cov, loose cov, 'jump the route' cov)

- Play action plays need to be less successful without steady inside rush attempts (currently PA passes are just spammed with no rush attempts)

- User controlled settings for end of half/end of game tactics (maybe also user controlled 4th down tactics but not sold on that 100%)

- Knocked loose bug (ex: https://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay/537979/1914832)

- New offensive plays:
- 2WR PA passes (short, med, and long)
- 2TE bootleg passes (designed QB rollouts)
- Goalline PA passes (2-5 yd routes to TE/BTE)

- New defensive plays:
- DE Flat plays that also use deep zones (Just like the Dime DE Flat and Quarter DE Flat plays)
- DE Flat Weak/Strong on all the formations
- DE Flat weak/Strong plays that blitz from the other side (Like 4-3 Strong Shift with the RDE Flat)
- 3-4 Cat Blitz Weak
- 3-4 WR2 Smother
- 4-4 Big SS Tiger Blitz
- Nickel C1 WR2 Smother
- Nickel 3-3-5 C1 Lurk Under Fire Weak Blitz
- Nickel 3-3-5 DE Flat plays
- Dime Weak Overload Blitz
- Dime 3 Man Deep (Or Strong/Weak Clouds)

- Need to free up enough salary to add a player on "medium" contract to add a new player (low contract gives you a notice they will put you above the salary cap even if its completely wrong)

- Even with "auto cut CPU" selected, adding a new players salary does not factor in the CPU players salary being cut as part of the transaction, so you have to essentially lower real players to low contract to make up room, then add the player all the way at medium contract, then cut the CPU player, then priv message DD begging him to fix the chemistry on all the players you had to drop to low contract. this could be done same day or 7 games into the season.

My biggest thing is you can’t control the cushion at the beginning of the play. That should be a tactic type. If you don’t have much footwork on your cb you would want to give more cushion. But in short yardage plays you may want to press to prevent short hook routes and get to the line of scrimmage easy.

yes its very weird that players from seasons 1-10 are vastly outproduced by more current players yet are ranked well above those current players

however, i dont know how they would account for lets say barry sanders meta compared to the current meta. 10 seasons ago 20+k rushing yards was the norm due to spam counter runs being overpowered but currently on the HOF most of all the top HBs are between 7k-9k yards and only 1 HB broke 10k yards. factoring that in, you would have a hard time making a case that any of the current HBs are essentially half as productive as barry but those are the stats.

maybe all time HOF rankings need to be user-voting based? i cant think of how an algorithm would be able to factor in the previous meta or average stats/production and decide who is the true "best" players of all time

End of half/game tactics NEED to be fixed. The third timeout is never used.

I also support something being done about power backs and fumbling. Even with 85 carry grip, gold BFI, and changing carry style to combo or N/S, power backs fumble at an extremely high rate. Considering how popular passing is and how inside running is starting to disappear, fixing the powerback fumble issue would help balance out the game.

Power backs are still really useful, for 30 games they don't really fumble too much unless matched up against good defenses

The third timeout is used WAYYYYY too early

Passing is OP due to shit coverage mechanics paired with extreme receiver advantages.

Jumping routes doesn't to anything but give up yards more often than not these days

Everything Sov posted and what I post every offseason...

Be able to put duplicate plays into a defensive play book. You could tag a play as short, add the play again and tag the same play as long. This would make the defensive play calling system almost perfect. There is zero downside to this. It's very noob friendly and vet friendly as well. Would certainly help with the burnout I get just trying to call defenses where I need them. We shouldn't have to settle on a play that doesn't work just because the right one doesn't fit the wonky ass system. For the love of god just make this happen already.

More tactics for all positions (where feasible). It would make tactics from game to game more important and hopefully adds some variety and spice.

This really is bad. I would not even be as annoyed if they said there are none this year than wait this damn long and then we have no way to ducking adjust to said changes.
