I'm new to this game and want to make a DE. How should I make him? Height, Weight, Attributes, and Traits.

Tech is big. So I’d say max height. And he should move better being a light as possible.
Make sure you build to use Shed Block and Spin cycle. With spin cycle being first in the current sim of pass heavy teams.
So I’d say pass rush tech to 90+ with footwork being 60+ to fire spin cycle.
Break run block to 70+ to fire Shed block.
You want like 70 or so conditioning and decent toughness, maybe 40 or 50
Just some starting numbers. As you learn you can adjust things for future builds. I will see if I can find you a link to a build guide. But there where some changes so might not be perfect anymore even if I can.
Sorry got busy and forgot links. But hopefully more will come along and offer their knowledge.

I already made mine and it's 6'2 260 lbs. Is that fine?

Ohhh ty. Also, how should I improve my DE to get more sacks and tackles? Like tactics and attributes.

If you have spin cycle you can set to power or combo. Most use power I beleive. Makes them engage the OT faster to fire Spin cycle.
Next go around max his height as it will raise your tech caps I beleive.

What's everyone's opinion on Pash Rush Style? I'm just realizing that I've never paid any attention to it, but it actually makes a lot of sense to use power based on what dbill said.

You can use Power style but don't expect much from a bull-rusher. They just engage and maybe knock down a lineman or twelve but that's about it. They can't disengage normally quick enough to stop runs and a quick passing QB will never be touched by them. Spin cycle is the easier way for a DT or DE to get to the QB quickly for the hurries and sacks. Have DT bull rusher who had like 300+ Revcakes last season but he had less than 4 sacks all season. Most had ever got career wise was 5/season.

I use power on all my D-Line pass rushers. They need to engage as fast as possible to get spin cycle to fire. My rushing LBs use combo.

Same tactics for me. You need to realize however that pass rushing gets more and more difficult as you advance throughout a player's career. QBs at Vet lvl make fast decisions and it's not uncommon to see only a sack or two each game and even then mostly based on your LB blitzing package. Don't get discouraged, GLB is about trial and error, so it will take you a few players to start to really get it.
