Ok serious question... I know weather affects kicking and I shouldn't expect much from a rookie kicker, but my S* kicker is absolutely horrid

But my S* kicker has Gold Streaky and it doesn't seem to do jack squat... Can anyone confirm this actually fires?

You named him Scott Norwood. What did you expect?

He actually was one of the best kickers in the NFL for a few years (and pro bowler) ... He'll just be forever remembered for the missed FG in the super Bowl (which wasn't a gimmee by any means anyway)

72% for his career. I guess kickers sucked back then.

Well, yeah, kickers had a much lower success rate back then. Generally speaking, farther back in time you go the worse kickers success rate is. FiveThirtyEight.com has an interesting article breaking it down. Norwood was a pretty good kicker for the era.

Exactly... Lots of factors... Worse quality fields/turf, worse quality shoes, etc
