What's wrong with his build?

Probably just bad luck and/or playcalling. Personally I think you spent too much time on the Awareness's. Tech and Acc could be higher which would certainly help.

That being said, even the best of the best are throwing about half as many INT's as touchdowns.

If it were me I would have concentrated SP on pass tech, pass consistency, and pass accuracy raising each as high as possible in that order while also raising heart to around 50 and leadership to 70-80. Pass power plays into the INT rate also. I plan to take my qb to 40 or so, but dont know if that’s a good number or not. I use a Star player for qb so have more points to spread around, but those skills I listed I think are most important. Pass awareness I put points in to get quick read to fire, but my qb seems to be doing better this time around having invested significantly less in it than past builds. Pocket awareness is another skill I invest in for the on the run skill, I have it around 50..............If Alaskan Assasins qb build is ever open that’s probably what you’d want to copy........think that’s the most successful QB in GLB2 history.......

Like bhall said, Ints are very random these days since the changes. My S* QB threw 7 picks in the last league game on routine plays. Only thing I would check is the CiT on your receivers because that can definitely increase things.

This is my QB, he seems to be screwing up still as well.

Interceptions are way up the past few seasons due to sim changes + player build changes taking advantage of those sim changes. My S* QB has thrown more interceptions every season and is on pace to throw 80 interceptions this season. While you can make some build changes like others have suggested, particularly accuracy, the interceptions are inevitable.

My TE has 94 CIT.

My WR's have 75 CIT.

MY QB is at
83 Pass Tech
38 Pass Power
66 Pass Accuracy
67 Pass Consistency
66 Pocket Awareness
55 Pass Awareness

What levels should I get these to in order to decrease interceptions? Appreciate the help.

personally id drop your awareness levels between 30 and 40 to bring acc up if you redid the build.

from here tho id max tech and acc while working on consis as a 3rd tier level.

part of me wonders if one could alleviate some interceptions with balance the way corndog referenced throwing during his answers and just thinking about throwing on the move but i wouldnt put much stock into it either unless actually proven.

I think play selection could be ruled out as a cause, although over half of your INTs came from 4 plays those 4 plays are pretty universally accepted as solid play selections. bhall may be on to something with the balance theory my QB has low INTs with a small balance and footwork investment(mainly for mobility purposes not intended to help passing so much) https://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/player/255383 but mostly I believe its a random fluke your falling victim to bad luck.

I TE Cross 4
SBSpr 4WR Unders 3
I Double Back out and up 3
BI TE Crosses 3
SB Reverse Slant 2
SB TE Post 1
SG HB Clear Out 1
SG TE Drive 1
SB3 WR Posts 1
SB Middle Overload 1
SG In N Out 1
SBB Iso HB Under 1

I greatly appreciate everyone's input. I'm at 22 Interceptions for the season thus far. That just seems like a really high number given that my play calling is balanced and my builds are decent.

Right after posting, my QB goes out and throws 2 random ass picks to the Green Bay Blizzard. I think we can confirm the random dumb luck of it all now.

Maybe all of this is part of "Play Knowledge "?

Would that help confirm why some top offensive play calls are getting picked off more?

Tough to say. Altho I would be interested to know what play calls my guy has intercepted the most? That could be pretty fun.

Would also be interesting in the fact that I generally don't build teams from the bottom up and go straight from Pro or Vet. If Bill Bradley was only great via scouting people would be very weary of building teams through PUP.
