With the decision to remove what was the Rookie year before, you lose an entire point towards Superstars for each player made. Getting to 20 is that much more of a grind for agents who aren't able to pay a lot of money to roll an entire team of dots.

There is also far less demand for QB/HB/LB comparatively to the larger roster requirements for the 100 and 50 flex positions.
