I know some K SAs supposedly fire without showing up in the replays, and I know there are other examples... but is that the same case with trash talk? I see no indication that the SA fired and no effects atm.

I've seen it fire in old ass replays but haven't seen it in forever. Anyone got a build with trash talk or some replays of it firing?

I've never seen the SAs display anything that says they fire in the replays. What are you using to see that?

Fires all the time on my blitzing LBs and it most definitely works.

A lot of people just don't use it anymore really, no one is committing to pure blitz as much

The problem is that Intimidation needs fixed

it is hard to have a pure blitz anymore. You have to have all the other builds set up just right to really work well.
