We have the Strong Side version, could we get the Weak side one?

Does it have 3 blockers pulling too?

i would think so but that would leave you even more vulnerable for sacks.

Weak Side definitely would have 3 pulling blockers if you are counting the HB. The more important pulling blocker that would be missing would be the TE. Unless they implement formations with the TE lined up on the left in 2WR/3WR formations, it probably would not be very effective going to the weak side. Could be wrong though as a couple of weak side HB screens are the "go to" screens for them. Would be nice to have a TE to the left for those too most likely.

Adding formations with TEs lined up to the left would likely just make defensive gameplanning more of a pain in the ass though if it was done right.
