I have a level 14 QB and my throwing is 62 and vision is 50. Would it be better if those 2 were switched? Does vision make a better QB or does throwing?

Vision = less ints
Throwing = more TDs

That's what I go by anyway. It all comes down to your team around you though.

well I split snaps right now with another QB and we are just starting out and not very good. I just want my QB to be efficient.

Vision allows the QB to see an open receiver better. There are times when a receiver is running wide open and a QB with lower vision will throw it into traffic because he didn't see his open receiver.

Throwing allows the QB to actually hit the open receiver in stride.

Basically, vision to see the receiver, throwing to hit the receiver. I honestly think that they should be as close to equal as possible.

62 throwing and 50 vision at level 14 is plenty. I don't know what your strength is but I would highly consider improving it if it. If your strength is already pretty high then odds are you have neglected confidence or special abilities.

Half your INTs come from plays your QB was hurried and I notice the two QBs left on your roster have been sacked 11 times and hurried 75 times this season. The 3rd QB that retired this season had been hurried 6 times. THERE is your real problem, in 11 games this season your O-line has let the defense pressure or sack your QB 92 times in 11 games. If people are going to be in your face that often it is time to work on Pocket Presence and confidence and also have a serious discussion about your team tactics and lineman builds.

I'd say to get Pump Fake up to anywhere from 4-6, and then get Strength up to AT LEAST 35, if not 45.

In no particular order:
strength, confidence, and Pocket Presence would be my top suggestions.

If you plan on throwing almost nothing but short-medium (preferably medium, short doesn't work well) passes then I would say confidence and pocket presence are most important right now. Don't neglect strength entirely, it still needs to be raised to add velocity to your passes.

If you want to throw deep at all in the near future (this season/post season) then strength needs to be close to 35 or preferably higher and you will need to be able to stand in the pocket longer either by getting better blocking or by using pocket presence to evade the rush and deliver the ball. Confidence is still going to be an issue though if your line can't block.

It is a tough decision, but strength and confidence are both in need. If it was me I would say strength first then confidence, but I haven't had to deal with being hurried every few times I drop back. Until that is fixed your offense is going to struggle to pass or rush well.

Pump fake isn't a bad idea if your WRs aren't getting open, but personally I would get arm strength to 35-40 before working on it too much. Pump fake doesn't work every pass and you might not be able to do it if you are hurried as often as you are (not sure if the game mechanics take into account how hard it is to pump fake while running backwards with a LB about to hit you). If you get strength up first then your passes will have more velocity and give the defender less time to get in position once the ball is thrown which means a hesitation from biting on a pump fake would have a bigger impact on the play. That's why I would say get strength up first, it will improve EVERY pass and mean that when you do work on pump fake you get more out of it immediately.

Thanks to Jeff for saving my QB. Before I contacted him he was horrible. Now over 600 yd's and 6 td's and only 1 int in the last 2 games. Vision is the key!

Well I just threw 6 INT and 1 TD which is a new record for me (the INT part). I'm gonna be lvl 24 soon so I should have vision at 59 and throwin at 68, then when I boost I'll get them to 60 and 70, put some in strength, and get stamina back to 35. When I level up again this season, I'm putting it in pump fake.

Vision should be higher than throwing, I found that out the hard way
