Does B4I prevent Power Through from firing as often as it could? The HB needs to decide between them as he's about to be tackled?

Is it worth it to have B4I if you want Power Through to fire as often as possible?

It doesn't affect Power Through as far as I've seen and is my favorite any day over Mr. Reliable.

Power HB benefit more from B4I and Elusive HB benefit more from Mr. Reliable.
