Why are you closing before the off season? You should give the new teams time to make a decision to join. I would hold off as long as possible to get more teams. Rookie should get 8.

I was unsure when the new tiers would be created. I changed it to the 29th.

Less of the young, I was a veteran from Season 1 of the original GLB and played in the first few seasons of GLB2; I now have more spare time to rejoin this dot ball experience!
