What do you think about leadership on a QB? I think we have discussed before, but has anybody tried going close to 100 in hopes of compensating lower heart/stamina on other offensive positions? Also, if I'm not mistaken, heart/morale of the QB has a direct effect on Leadership.

The empire is creating its first pure drop back QB next season and he will have pretty high heart and leadership.

Here it is in Bort's words:

- QB leadership score is now affected by his morale and energy, and does not affect the QB himself (only his teammates)

I've personally never really gone over the 70-80 range.

Leadership helps with handoffs.

For a pure Passing QB, you don't (at least didn't) need much Leadership.

A long time ago, Leaderships effect on Energy and Morale were nerfed back when Romo was dominating with all-run. So it shouldn't contribute much to these effects.

Plus when you are all-Pass, your players (OLine) are winning every play against balanced build D players. You lose more Energy and Heart (before Gravitation) when you lose a play.

In my view, a pure Passing QB and WRs still need Heart. You need your skills high on 3rd and 10 after 2 incomplete passes.

Denali is a different beast with his 60+% (almost 70) completion rate but I personally think Rob should have flipped those two skill values (though the SP cost isn't pure to do that and something else would have to get cut).

Eh, I get it. Rob basically has his QB where I've had all of mine - 75 leadership and 55 heart. The costs get a little loopy after that... maybe not so much on a S* though. The heart is more important if you are on a balanced team, especially if you are a S* QB and have more points to throw around - a balanced team needs your best decision making and throw in those key situations and you will be asked to see more of those key situations instead of being able to build up confidence beforehand with a bunch of passes.
