Not worthless but you would want to be a speed rusher on evasive. Not a spin specialist on power/combo.

It says its activation condition is blitzing the QB.
Does it fire potentially every time the DE is pass rushing? Technically DE's aren't blitzing.

Yeah DE's blitz on every play. (Unless it's a DE flats play or dropping back in zone)
