I'm sending PMs to new agents/coaches/owners in an attempt to guide them through the process of team, dot, and playbook/tactics creation and I implore you to do the same. We all want better talent around, so why don't we try and help new guys instead of using them to stat pad.

Those who are with me I commend you, those who aren't.... it's your decision, but I hope you understand that it's hypocritical to want better talent around and not be willing to help nurture that talent.

It's people like you that limit the progression of this game

Y'all can share meta all you want, don't go sharing my secrets though or else you'll be making a bunch of agents just as crappy as me.

Many owners/ agents have done this each season, it's nothing new tbh. I've done my share of providing mediocre advise. Xars made a team in hopes to getting young blood involved and learning the game better. Jag has when he was active. Props to you for doing same.

I've been doing this for a while now. Some take my advice and have turned into decent owners/coordinators. Some, most really want you to just do everything for them without taking advice or putting in work.

Yup, my latest experience. Most just stick your D or O in without doing their own, pretty much like how I use Jakedood's

It would be nice to hear from some new agents. Most if not all of the chatter is from Vets. It would be helpful if the new players posted their questions and frustrations. There are a lot of Vets that are willing and able to help the new players. This is how I learned.

I never learned how to run a defense Only Offense. Its hard to find good Coordinators who are open to coaching another team. Being able to run O, D, or both helps a ton. it would probably keep new agents around longer if there were some sort of guide for new guys.I still cant run a d and Ive been playing this for years. If i had to run my defense Id be lost.

Newly purchased teams should get a stash of flex they can use for scrims, and don't be stingy with it.

It's hard not to get discouraged and give up and hand over a coordinator spot to someone else when you have to learn how to run a defense or offense in games that count. Giving them a sandbox to try different things would be a big help. And templated playbooks/tactics put together by veteran players would help too.
