I know I been gone for awhile. But I remember when you signed up for premium membership you got an additional free player. I come back and retire all my players and now I am back to only one free player. What the hell happen to.my 2nd free player?

Have you created a free player and then tried to create a second? There aren't two blank "free player" slots but it should let you create one and still have the option to create another.
