How are dynasty ladder rankings calculated?

They take a teams ladder position at the end of the season (x) and multiply that by the team's overall W/L ratio (y). They take that number and divide it by total seasons(z). Then they take into account if it's a GE team and if it is they subtract 10 points.
Therefore...xy/z-multi whore = Dynasty Ranking

My understanding is that the Dynasty ladder is just like the Seasonal ladder but without the seasonable resets.
