How does one apply to become a OC, DC, scout, or anything of that nature? What is the process? I am fairly new player since I haven't played since like 2011-2012 ish(didn't really get much into it when I started.) Does it cost flex to do one of these positions above (some sort of coach)? Can one become a DC or OC from a cpu owned team? Thanks in advanced.

Not able to do any coaching for any kind of CPU team... No it doesn't cost any flex to be a coach, only an Owner. To become a coach you will want to ask owners if they have any opening that they will let you try coaching through and or learn from.

All a team owner needs to do is send you a coaching invite, you accept, badda bing badda boom your a coach!

The trouble is finding a team owner who is willing to let a new coach take the reigns. It's like letting someone learn to drive stick with your transmission...that's a hard pill to swallow. Best to buy a team (500 flex per season)and have at it! Ask as many questions as you need, good luck!

If you're serious about coaching then I'd recommend the scout tool which costs money. $10 a season. Helps and will speed up the learning curve once you figure it out

i agree with meechie i would give ya a shot too next year good luck to u this season also i bought my team last season midway through and i think i only used 300 flex to buy it just so i could tinker with all the things u can do it was worth it for the experience i got helped a ton with learnin curve made most of my players on team an not bein cocky but i think i can hang tough with most teams with a couple of exceptions it just take time to learn the right builds for system u want to put in place
