Opinions welcomed... I had some help building this QB, I had never built one for the long haul, looking for slight adjustments or opinions.. I think I have too many points on leadership , but not sure... thanks for any help..

I agree, to an extent. I have a hard time saying waaaaay too much Pass Awareness, but it could be brought down a bit. You could even argue that lowering Pocket Awareness could still make a good QB. I also agree that Consistency could use a bump as could Pass Accuracy (I like both around 85) and Pass Tech could be closer to 90. I'd also like a little more Heart (I like around 60).

Now, how can you make that happen? This is where I'm a bit of a non-conformist. I think Conditioning is a tad overrated on pocket QBs. You could probably shave 15-20 points from Conditioning and still be ok. As you pointed out, Leadership may be a little high and you could save some SP by keeping that around 60. I also don't usually touch things like Balance, Quickness, Footwork, or Sprinting on my pocket QBs unless they're getting killed by the pass rush in later tiers (usually a symptom of playcalling).

All that said, all it takes on one person experimenting with a build and the meta can change (hi DeeVee). Not bad for a first attempt.

Probably wasted time immediately with Workhorse. Like Air said, likely could shave some points from Conditioning in order to get one of the big 3 skills up. Technique, Accuracy, and Consistency. Maybe even Heart. And ya, Pass Awareness probably a bit overkill.

That being said I don't think you get all that much different results until you have a QB with near 100 Tech/Acc and 85+ consistency. And even then the results aren't like OMFG or anything.

Yeah I was unsure of the conditioning.. thought I needed to boost it, Air made a good point about it with being a pocket passer.. Thanks everyone looking at it!

Pass Awareness is fine if those SAs are effective for you. At the end of the day, the type of skills that need to be favored really depend on the offensive scheme/plays used. Rebels feature Doc Walker heavily, so others may be right about less of a need for Pass Awr since you're not spreading the ball around as much. More consistency and tech is probably preferable.

The biggest thing is getting On the Run SA. Pump Fake is really good in a Balanced O since Defenses might play Zone to stop your running game.

You want Conditioning. I completely disagree with the other posts.

Technique and Consistency are the 85s. You can cut a little from Leadership (it's not that powerful). Pass Awareness does seem to help but it gets expensive. You can productive with less.

Xars: Leadership is key for a QB, passing is all morale based - it's why snow is so vicious against it. You skimp on leadership and suddenly your receivers are dropping more and fighting for the ball less

I'll take Xars word over anybody who has ever played this game when it comes passing offense advice.

I agree with On the Run, it can make a big difference.

I agree that Consistency is a biggie.

I like Pass Awareness + Quick Read because in my experience it reduces sacks against blitz specialists.

I never realized that leadership would affect receiver morale that much. But I tend to go with high-morale receivers, so maybe I missed it. I usually stop at Leadership=60

QB Conditioning is a mystery to me. Does Heart figure into how much is needed?

Has anyone tried 2-star Home Town Hero/Road Warrior at QB?

Bane will end with 83 conditioning but that is more for his running.

Old, but this is the same idea. Worked pretty well I would say.

Not sure how to open it after it's retired.

Me neither, I've never figured that out.
