So I am the same Sophomore level as the three other DE on the CPU controlled team (all 3 are CPU players) and I have maxed conditioning (because I was getting annoyed at my 25 snaps to 50 they all got) but that has done nothing. Am I just screwed out of playing time for these CPU players all season?

What's your stamina set at? Also looking at the team, you are a soph on a seasoned team, so they are a whole level ahead of you. they are also at 100 chem which will help them play more then you. Try looking for a Soph team. you'll be happier with your player.
