you posted a wr that doesnt appear to be a return specialist. if you want to use a wr as a returner, dont expect to play wr. and 102 speed for level 37 is deadly slow (should be mid 120s by now). you are also not created on the right day. you should ceate players between days 40-48 to get the those 1st boosts in. any other day, and you'll always be underleveled, and be wanted only by bad teams. retire this dot and create a new one on day 40 this season.
I mostly agree with Guppy (don't agree with only building a bad dot if you don't boost initially in season 0 between days 40-48 and only be wanted by bad teams). SA investment should only be invested in once you have finished putting points in your players skills (have you?). At this level, speed/agility/carrying and maybe a cap in either vision or stamina should be the only places you have put your skill points.
ok i'll retire the guy and create a new one on day 40.... a lot of people seem to you CB for K/P returners but WR used to work better for me in the past. What do you guys think?
i've coached tons of returners, and i'd go elusive hb, then cb. i just never seem to have much luck with wr even when they have the same build as another position. it just seems like they dont want to follow the blocking that i set up for them. now granted all returners will frequently ignore the blocking, but wr just seem to do it more often.
IMHO, the best way to build a returner is to find a team with an active STC. then coordinate your build with the blocking scheme. i tend to favor the KR side, and go boom or bust on the PR side.
