"- Defense play distance and play type can now be customized after being added to the playbook. This should allow coordinators to have an easier time using the plays they want. To do this, just add a play to your playbook, and then click on the distance/type yellow buttons to cycle through the options."

AMAZING!!!!

But i wonder if there is more.

Usually, last season we hadn't.

But as a defense guy, i love this change, but is not exactly something new, new abilities, plays or skills balancing would be nice.

Great news though which was overdo. Wish there was more but I'm not gonna argue with the effectiveness.

The new player retention from the simplified defensive play calling might be the thing I'm most excited about!

As a defensive coordinator I'm super happy. But I think this only makes GE better.

last offseason made me very nervous with the lack of changes, if there is a second straight one with nothing changed then who knows.

I could be wrong. But did he just make it seem as though it checks the "run play" priority fist before checking on passing and distance?
