How many non normal positions have won the MVP or ended up high in the HOF? Most offensive MVPs are HBs or QBs. Most defensive MVPs are LBs.

Any other positions won the MVP?

This kinda goes with my suggestion to change the way HOF and MVP is calculated. HBs, QBs and LBs should not take up 95% of the MVPs/HOFs slots...

Our wr took 2nd in the Hof last season. Probably won mvp in league since Jeter wasn't in our league.

That was the only season he won any awards though.

Doubt anyone will be able to with a te or fb considering you need constant home run plays in order to combat hbs outside runs and wr screens.

That's because he only played in Vet. He didn't waste his time in rookie to pro.

Offensively, QBs and HBs are the only ones usually worthy of being MVP due to their impact. Super Speed is the rare exception to that rule. My biggest issue is that things like broken tackles have way too much influence on rankings.

Defensively things need to be tweeked some. A player like I'll Bring The Beers has been Top 5, imo. http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/player/203804

I'd second that.. he stops even the best TE's around, its not even funny. And then he's great in killing the rush too

FB Larry Centers got 2nd place Off MVP in S16, but I used him like a HB.

jwbronco's SS Devin Stokes made 3rd place Def MVP on my SNL team in S17.

Well it is just statistically improbable to compete with the stats of the Jeters, QB's, or Super Speeds record breaking season with the current FB runs. In order to win an MVP with a FB using only FB runs you would probably have to be in a relatively weak league.

I think I have seen a number of corners, safeties, and DE's in the running for MVP's. Even in the running for HoF for quite some time. But its hard to keep up with sacks and FF's of LB's.

i am pretty sure she won mvp one year i know that she was really high on the list most years mainly cause like every team at that point in that league was run only so not many people got sacks and SS who caused turn overs and got alot of tackles was high up on the list.

Nope...never won an MVP.
