I know how the player off works top 4 teams face each other 2 winners of there game and 1 champion but here is one question.... how do you get the 4 playoff spots if you are have 3 divisions!

Wild card, basically the best record out of the remaining 9 teams is chosen as the 4th playoff team. The Wild Card team always faces the team with the best record in the first playoff game.
