I think that a player that rushes for 400yds and 7tds should get more xp than a player who doesn't touch the ball. That way you have to balance your roster out to develop these players!!!

It sounds fun on the surface but can you imagine how much crap you'd get as a team owner? It started out that way in GLB Classic and it was a mess.

This is a trap, great teams would just get better and the gap between good and bad would be impossible to bridge. Could you imagine how good BSB or Bronx would be if this suggestion were implemented?
