I think I've seen a few of these threads but just to refresh. For elusive speed builds on HBs, what SAs tend to have positive results? The ones I remember seeing where:

Juke
Mr. Reliable
Catch in Stride
Spin

Any others that I'm missing?

i like Mr. Reliable for Speed/Elusive Back more and B4I for Bruiser Power backs.
