Has anyone ever had a build that used spring board? Any success? Looking for a tall WR that can has a some speed but doesn't need to break away but can catch everything his way.. Non S* have have Constiency and hands pretty decent with caps.. I haven't really noticed over thrown balls alot maybe he would dive at inaccurate passes?

Researched this and found spring board probably not the way to go...

Would be cool but I dont think there is any way for the qb to purposely throw high. That would make sense, if he throws jump balls to receivers with spring board.

Maybe spring board is the key to making a dual threat qb. Dont spend points on accuracy but give your receivers hands, vertical and diving to catch all the bad passes. Then you can spend the points you save on running skills.

I built an entire receiving core with 80+ diving and vertical and it wasn't all that exciting. In the end they weren't fast enough to make much out of it. Decent reception results I guess but I believe that if you were to just throw one or two of them in the mix with faster guys they would be lost in the action.

Large disparities in sprint skills within receiving corps can have serious implications. Those will significantly more sprint will gobble up more targets. It is good to keep that in mind if you are building a team and plan to have 1-2 S* players catching passes. Give the S* guys 20+ more sprint than the others and let them get most of the targets which is typically what you would want anyway. Seems like a no-brained to target your S* players more.
