I rock plenty of speed oriented builds though. I have not noticed a huge issue passing or rushing with snow, wind or temperature. I am sure there is some difference but it has not seemed to be very noticeable to me. Your offense or defense is still in position or out of position depending on what plays are called. I have up and down passing performances affected more by defensive play calling than weather IMO. Hell, early in the season my offenses have both good and bad passing performances. I just have not noticed weather creating much change within my offensive packages and I don't think that I do much differently build wise than other quality owners/coaches...Fair enough. I think like most things in GLB2, it comes to the eyes of the beholder, lol. Too bad Stobie's tool doesn't have weather filters though. Would tell us alot.
