We need to give agents a reason to coach multiple teams. As it is right now there is 0 incentive (lol coaching record)to help a team other than your own aside from relationships in the game. How about a progress bar for each type of Coach (OC/DC/STs) but no Assistants and lol Head Coaches.

So for example, if you win 100-200 games as an OC and fill the progress bar you receive 50-100 flex. Same goes for DC and ST coach. This would help spread talent around the game and give people a reason to coach multiple teams. I'm sure we can expand on this idea as well.

Also cap coaches spots at 10 or 15 teams so it doesn't get too ridiculous.

I'd just spam your playbooks.

Really then, make it 1000 wins. Whatever makes people want to try to coach multiple teams. Even if lol.

I guess I just don't see it being ideal that they encourage coaching all sorts of teams. That is kinda what makes the game less interesting when you spend several games playing the same coaches over and over and over. I actually like to see new faces week to week.

I would much rather see a defensive system a little more in line with how the offense works so that it is more encouraging for newbies to use and provides a little more in depth play calling at the same time.

I'd prefer the opposite - only allow a user to coach 1 team (2 max). Game might get more competitive if more people were gamplanning, etc on their own and learning the game.

I like the idea of gaining experience as coach and some kind of system as you're speaking of, I don't think mass spreading of current good coaches will change things though. I'd rather see a specific posting in forums of plays that are successful and against what. That is what's going to help new coaches improve and be more active. Then they are using trash plays against a good owner, getting blown out and quitting.

I understand there is a post that helps with advice of how the tactics generally work, but nothing that shows what plays are virtually worthless and so on.

Encourage newbies to what? Blindly create playbooks? utilize our crappy defensive matrix? I think the point is to break the cycle...
Newbie finds GLB2 says cool game makes team >> Newbie gets shit kicked out of them >> Newbie quits midseason

Did you just intentionally dismiss the part where I mentioned changing how defense works?
