It's been a long time for me, what's the view on equipment anymore?
I always liked to spread it out, but people always told me it's better to just use two, or even just one attribute.
Or can it even be discussed?
Thanks in advance for any advice.

While pretty much 90% of dots built go with the 'all in one skill' method, there are some specialty dots that do some spreading of the points. More than anything, when you're shopping for AEQ, sometimes you can't pass up a high quality piece even IF it's not +3 to your primary skill. Example; My OG gets a 5% hold block piece with +3 to blocking skill. I would prefer it was +3 to strength but I am NOT gonna let that piece slip past me in hopes of a better outcome next refresh. That's just a waste of time and BT's.

As for Free EQ you get at the start, I've seen some PeeWee dots so some spreading of the points around a little... but p'much everybody puts everything into their primary to start with. You can always adjust at the end/start of every season if you need to.

Like Theo said, for almost all builds it'd be better to stack EQ in 1 attribute. Like Tech man DEs, Possession style receivers, and maybe some power HBs will split EQ.

The other time I put equipment into other than my primary is in rookie, and stick it in stamina instead of speed/strength as you can reset the equipment at the end of the season anyway.
