We currently do zero scouting and gameplanning and it has cost us in a few games... Still, we are top 10 in rookie ladder, likely playoff bound, and loaded with s* players on the roster...
DEFENSE
For rookie we were basically 90% run focused with builds, including CB builds. We can stick with these players through Soph or bring over players (from our 2nd team) built for a more balanced team (pass rushing DE, pass defending CBs, etc.)...
OFFENSE
Same scenario. O was built as running team, including running QB and run blocking WRs. However, we have a s* QB, s* WR and other catching-focused WRs waiting in the wings to move over, if we need to be more balanced at Soph.
