What effect does chemistry have? What makes 1 player a 90 and another a 50?

Chemistry is pretty huge. It effects your skills by a %. Not sure the exacts but you can definitely tell at the higher levels how big of an effect it has.
When you sign with a team in the offseason you get 50 Chem. After so many days it starts at 0 when you sign. Takes a bit to get to 100 so generally a good idea to stick with a team for the long haul if you don't want to screw yourself for a season.

Chem is huge, you really notice when it comes to games in which the two teams are evenly matched. Sometimes you can have the best game plan but your chem is so bad that you won't be able to win the game

Last season we overhauled our team and the bad Chem lost us...probably 6+ games.
Also, you may see things like a QB passes a perfect pass to a WR with perfect hands but because the the bad chemistry in one or both the ball is dropped.
