New team owner. What are the advantages to hiring a staff for my team?

Saves you time towards scouting, gameplan, and recruiting.

Tomorrow is first day of the season. Hire a staff if you cannot run the entire team yourself.

It gives you access to their playbooks which can be very helpful in learning the game. Someone might not have time to help you but will still sign up so you can cherry pick their strats/playbooks.

I'm not the MOST experienced Coach, but I'd be interested in helping if you need or want it. My medical issues have caused me to not be able to work, so I've got time, just not money.

You should probably sign some players soon.
